Terms of service

All designs, patterns, paintings, artwork, photographs, text and logos on this site and on our products belong to Kirsty Erskine-Hill. They are protected by copyright and, where applicable, other intellectual property rights, and are © Kirsty Erskine-Hill.

Buying a product gives you the physical item, not the right to copy or reproduce the design.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, photograph for sale, or sell or license our designs or products (or imitations of them) without our written permission.

On commissions, we keep the copyright in the design. You receive the finished piece, and may display and photograph it for personal use. We may photograph commissioned work and use the images in our portfolio, website and social media. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not.
